The Old Church, Garston

A converted church which now contains 12 units ( 7 x 2 bed; 5 x 1 bed). This building was converted prior to our purchase and then was refurbished by Enabling Homes in late 2018 and currently occupies My Space and a mixed needs client group.

Lakeland House, Leyland

This development was the first ever property purchased and renovated by Enabling Homes in early 2015! It is 11 self contained apartments which was originally a public house.

It is used by Next Stage as a bridging unit for stays of around 18 months to enable development of skills needed to live and knowledge they require to eventually go and live independently within in the community.

Brogen Court, Bolton

A block of 6 1 bed flats which was purchased in 2015.

It was one of the first buildings Enabling Homes purchased and developed.

Since development, the building has been occupied by a Youth care provider which specialise in providing all the clock support and improving all areas of a young person’s life.

Longshaw Street, Warrington

This building is 12 apartments ( 10 x 2 beds; 2 x 1 bed) and was purchased in August 2018 and required a full cosmetic renovation.

Following this renovation, it was handed over to My Space Housing based in the North West. They have the building at full capacity with a mixed client group.

Farm House, Barnsley

A modern and spacious block of 14 x 1 bed apartments was purchased in Early 2020. The building was originally a social club and subsequently converted into the apartments.

It is now leased by a housing association based in the North West and houses clients with mixed mental health needs.

Enabling Homes purchases and develops housing and accommodation to the Supported Living Market within the UK, the asset class is straight forward in that it is fairly typical residential housing stock.
