Jeremy is our Business Development Manager, working alongside care provider and local authorities in the procurement process. Jeremy is a social worker, registered with the Health and Care Professions Council and has been involved with the care industry for over 30 years, working with children, young people and adults.
Joanne is our Operations Manager, and the main focal point for the procurement of properties. With a great deal of experience of property purchase for social landlords, Joanne works closely with chosen hedge funds, developers and contractors to ensure that the procurement process runs as seamlessly as possible and to a confirmed timetable.
Gillian is Finance Manager, managing all the financial activity involved in running the organisation and purchasing and developing property. Gill has worked within the financial industry for many years with a reputation for having an eye for detail. She works closely with legal representatives when procuring property.
